Return Policy:

There is a no exchange or return policy. Returns are accepted only if you do not receive what you ordered so that we can send you the correct item. An RMA number must be obtained to facilitate this process.

If there is a hardware failure with a unit you receive, we reserve the right to either exchange the unit in full or replace the defective part(such as a bad power supply, memory moduele, etc.).

We must be notified of any issue within 10 days of the receipt of your order. If for any reason we agree to accept a return for a reason other than those listed above there will be a 25% restocking fee applied.
