There is a no exchange, no return policy, no refund policy. This is to prevent buyer’s remorse and students from using the equipment and returning it when done studying. Returns are accepted only if you do not receive what you ordered so that we can send you the correct item. An RMA number must be obtained to facilitate this process.

If there is a hardware failure with a unit you receive and it is still under our warranty, we reserve the right to either exchange the unit or replace the defective part(such as a bad power supply, memory module, etc.).  If the issue cannot be solved through troubleshooting and we decide that an RMA is required, domestic customers will pay return shipping to us and we will be responsible for shipping back to the customer.  International customers will be responsible for shipping charges both directions.

We must be notified of any issue, including damage in transit, within 10 days of the receipt of your order. If for any reason we agree to accept a return there will be a 25% restocking fee applied.

There are no returns of any software based products or books.
